Another general opinion on the four articles

Men and Women are merely players By Robert greene

This article has a main opinion that all people, regardless of genders are a players in a game of powers. Some of them might pretend in order to gain power, and someone might not need to obide by the law to be powerful than others.

I definitely unagreed with Robert Greene about his opinion. This is because the power sometimes are being granted, which sometimes people are gifted genetically. And i believe, there are many good and unselfish people who doesnt chase power for the sake of goods, and they feel that they wouldnt be what they are now if they had the power. Besides, if all people are pretentious and craving for power, this country are already chaos with Civil war and everyone would have a sense of revultion towards each other.



Thinking folly by Eckhart Tolle

The article " Thinking folly" is an excerp from the author Echart Tolle. He have stated in his work that imagination is more important than thinking. Thinking had been a living organism like a parasite that tries to gain control over human. We are now being controlled by our thinking, and we have no ability to controls them in our lives. Thus, he personally thinks that it is time to create some creativity.

For me, i feels like the article is not logic from the term of science or common sense. without thinking, how we are able to think about the right and the wrong and how we are going to make decision in our life. To those wise man who invented new things and contribute to human civilization, they are definitely think hard to achieve it. We should practices to think wisely in our life, not by thinking hard or we could suffers from mental breakdown. In our religion, everyone need to thinks for good, because we are going to create our future by thinking from a good decision making. Imagination is good, however thinking must come before an imagination, or we are going to visualize some kind of nonsense imaginery.

General opinion on the four articles

1.   The Jews and their deceits by Adof Hitler

This article is an personal perspective in which i considered as "superb" by adolf Hitler. Actually i have been respected Adolf Hitler on how he are able to form a great battalion that could even frightened the so call "American Bravo". This article has the main idea of erasing all the Jews from the world, and i totally agreed with him due to what the Jews had done to my beloved brothers and sisters of Islam in palestine.

Although this articles cannot be accepted in our country which are already peaceful and harmony, i still felt that this is a great article to be read especially to the one who loves to read about religion. overall,the reason why i am agree with Hitler is not because i am fully supporting the harsh way of his governing, but it is because i love my religion too much. last word,

2. The Degree of happiness by Bertrand russell

In this article, i personally agree with the author about the ideas that there are different level of happiness. Perhaps, there are sorts of happiness that are pure and there are also a sort of fake happiness that only preasures someone for a long time.

In a word that he have said in his article " A man of science is more happy than an artist". I found that this statement is totally out of sense. However, i believe what he try to say is, pepole who work very hard " like a man of science" will have an oppurtinity to feel a greater happiness than a people who doesnt work in stressful environment." like an artist".

Overall, i think that everyone are able to achieve happiness, based on how they look for them and it's all based on god's will. All sorts of happiness comes from the Almighty and all kinds of hardship that we go through is a test, in order to achieve a greater level of happiness than others.

Euphimistic language

This is example that contains a lot of euphimistic languages. This is actually a honest article dedication from Kuli Roberts based on his previous vacation to cape town. This article appears to be super racist and been labelled as an offensive article.

Being from Cape Town, I must say I miss Cape coloured women.
When I was young I used to love playing with their silky hair and wished I could get rid of my kinky coarse variety.

I ignore her and her weave and go back to my dreams of being yellow and speaking like I’m singing.

Thus Caesar is not ambitious

Brutus is a honorable man

He says that Caesar was ambitious

He was thrice refuse to be the king

Ambitious is when you do not refuse to be the king

Ambitious man is stonehearted

Caesar felt sorry for the poor

Therefore, Caesar was not ambitious

Here is my own construction on the Myth that was originally created by the famous philosophers, Plato.

The Fire :

The Feeling of Hatred that existed in every Tribe towards other different Tribe. Their ideology and influence are being spread like a wildfire.

The Shadows and the Image :

The president of Somalia, President Sharif Ahmed. The peaceful and harmony that being promised to the citizen are like a shadow that never can be real.

The Puppet Players:

The leader in each tribe which simply use their man as a tool in achieving glory in Civil War

The Old Man :

The religious person who tries to calm everyone who are frighten by persuade them to believe in the Almighty God.  

Jack The Ripper O,o

Jack the Ripper" is the best-known name given to an unidentified serial killer who was active in the largely impoverished areas in and around the Whitechapel district of London in 1888. The name originated in a letter, written by someone claiming to be the murderer that was disseminated in the media. The letter is widely believed to have been a hoax, and may have been written by a journalist in a deliberate attempt to heighten interest in the story. Other nicknames used for the killer at the time were "The Whitechapel Murderer" and "Leather Apron".

 The five Ripper victims are Mary Ann Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes and Mary Jane Kelly. They are the entire prostitute that work around whitechapel and found to be killed without any witnesses. Some of their death is included with a letter by Jack The Ripper, which he stated it as a letters from Hell. The letter has then become a trademark and Jack The Ripper has become one of the epic story of brutal murderer of the history.

The guy that has been portraited above is name Carl FeigenBaum. I personally think that he has the highest possibilities to be Jack The ripper. Why? because was arrested in 1894 in New York City for cutting the throat of Mrs Juliana Hoffmann. This has similarity to Jack the Ripper cases, as all some victim are found by their throat has been cut. After his execution, his lawyer, William Sanford Lawton, claimed that Feigenbaum had admitted to having a hatred of women and a desire to kill and mutilate them. This shows that he has hatred towards woman just like Jack. Although the police doesn’t have the evidence that he is in Whitechapel during the cases take place, he still have the possibilities to be Jack Due his location is Unknown

Superstition

Left Brain Perspective :

·         This superstition does not make sense because people are free to cut their nail anytime as everyone should keep themselves to be clean

·         Some people might die before their parents, as all human death is based on god’s decision

·         We won’t be able to predict the time of someone’s death, even we think in the term of science

Right Brain Perspective :

·         In certain culture, it has been a part of ancient rule to cut their nail in a convinced specific time.

·         This is maybe due to long time ago there is still no electricity, thus it is dangerous to cut nails in late evening or at night

·         It is easy to clean up the nail than have been cut during the day

2. Sharp objects aren't supposed to be used during Chinese New Year's Day because it symbolizes cutting of good fortune

Left Brain Perspective :

·         This superstition is totally outlandish because Fortune doesn’t relate and resemble by any objects

·         Most of good fortune didn’t come by itself, it comes by a hard effort or by god’s will

·         A fortune cannot be seen, touch, or even cutting it

Right Brain Perspective:

·         This superstition as tolerable especially In Chinese culture, because they respect New Year ’s Day as a day of all war ends in the early times.

·          This superstition is perhaps used to avoid from any accident related to sharp object during the new year’s day celebration

• It is also to avoid from children reaching sharp object while their parent is unaware about them



     

3.A pregnant woman should never utter foul or vulgar words or you might risk getting your baby cursed

Left Brain Perspective:

1.      This superstition is irrelevant because there is no relation between the people way of talking and the future of baby that is still unborn

2.      This superstition is illogic because in these modern days there are no such things such as jinxing or being cursed.

3.      This superstition does not make any sense because nowadays  there is technologies to observed the health of  the baby which is still unborn. The baby just can’t simply being cursed if the mother still take care of her health.

Right Brain Perspective:

1.      This superstition can be accepted because a mother will carries the responsibilities towards her marriage life. The mother should practices to get rid all negative value in herself (especially when she was about to giving birth) so that the family will be harmony.

2.      This superstition is relevant because all parents didn’t want their daughters to speak vulgar or utter foul to people as it was contradict to the culture. It will also overthrow the dignity of the parent.

3.This superstition makes sense because the young child will definitely be closed  towards the mother after they was born. In this case, the mother will be a guidance towards her child in shaping their manners and attitude,
